Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! We can't wait to make something sweet for your big day. Below you will find all the information you will need about the process and how to get started.
Before we can confirm our availability and get an order started for you, we will need to know your date, time and location of ceremony, as well as your estimated guest count. Additional details, such as your theme, colors and any design inspirations are also super helpful in getting you a more exact quote.

Please allow us a few days to get back to your email, as we try to answer all inquiries on a first-come first-serve basis. We are closed Mondays & Tuesdays.
To ensure the highest quality of work and personal attention, we are limited in the number of weddings we can cater on a given weekend. Therefore to reserve your date, we require a $100 deposit, applied toward the balance of your order. Before the deposit is received, we cannot guarantee to hold your date for you, even if you have not come in for a tasting yet.
We have a few different options available for tasting our cakes:
1. Order a Tasting Box ($25)
Choose up to 4 flavors of our cakes, and we'll package samples for pickup at our Morrisville bakery, during our regular bakery hours. We need a minimum of one week's notice to prepare sample boxes.
2. Schedule a Tasting & Design Consultation ($30)
During the off-season, we schedule tasting consultations by appointment on Sundays at our bakery in Morrisville, VT. This option is best for couples who have a custom design in mind. Tasting appointments are $30 for up to 4 people, and $10 for each additional guest, due at the time of the appointment. We include up to four flavors of cake or dessert. Additional desserts can be purchased at retail if desired-- we are not able to custom make more than 4 items per appointment. Appointments do book up quickly so please schedule in advance of your visit!
Please note, we are not able to schedule tasting consultations during wedding season (May-October) in order to focus on our current wedding clients.
3. Mail-Order Tasting Box ($45)
We offer mail-order tasting boxes for out-of-town couples. These tasting boxes also include up to 4 flavors of cake, and are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Please note that some of our flavors with custard fillings are not available for shipping since they do not hold up well in the mail. Tasting boxes are mailed out on Mondays, and we require a week's notice to prepare your samples.
The contract is finalized one month before your wedding or event date, when the final payment is due. Up until that time we can still make adjustments to quantities, flavors or designs.
Our minimum delivery charge for all wedding orders is $100. For deliveries outside our immediate area, we charge around $50/hour of round trip travel. Please contact us for an exact quote based on your location.
Desserts can be set up at delivery time, or packed in disposable boxes and left with your caterer or at your venue. Please make arrangements accordingly.
All tiered cakes are set up on site at delivery, and a table or cake stand must be ready at the scheduled time. If your reception is outdoors in particularly hot weather, you and/or your wedding coordinator are responsible for arranging proper accommodations for the wedding cake in advance, and let us know ahead of time where on site the cake or desserts should be dropped off.
We also offer free pick-up from our Morrisville location the morning of the event. Please be aware that self-pickup of cakes that are 3+ tiers will require adequate accommodation in your vehicle.
